ھو الشافی: Sulphur, neela thotha, murda sung and babichi. All these in equal weight but neela thotha half of the weight meaning if sulphur, murda sung and babichi are one tola each, then neela thotha should be half tola. Fine grind all of these and filter with a cloth and then mix it with mustard oil and keep it. At night, massage your body with this oil and take a bath in the morning.
